First released last November, this pale golden bitter has an abv of 4.2%, and is brewed using Marris Otter malt and plenty of Cascade hops. Named after the type of boats that traditionally operate from a place called “Cascade Locks” |

Previous visitors to the brewery who were greeted by my dog “Bisto” will get a quieter greeting next time. Bisto recently passed away after suffering heart failure. |

We keep on brewing different beers, with the latest new offering called “Red Rock”, named after the vessel that recorded the slowest passage ever in the world.
Hopefully the recent delivery of some new casks will solve our cask problem during the busy times ~ we should never run out again! We just have to brew a bit more to keep them filled …. |

Released at the end of March, this is a deep red bitter with plenty of hop flavour from the cascade hops. |

Not many places are asking for the stronger beers at the moment, so we will be concentrating on beers with an abv up to about 4.3%. I shall be releasing the occasional monthly special this year ~ watch out for a single varietal pale bitter, brewed with plenty of Fuggles hops. |
