Myself & Judy attend many stock car meetings, particularly at Kings Lynn and Blyton raceway. Blyton is our local track, rather run down but good fun. Eric started by racing a 2 litre Hot Rod , but is currently racing a banger. Steven races bangers, and has made an excellent effort at destroying a few Sierras!

 

I was treated to a 50th Birthday Special ~ a test day and a full race meeting in a Rebel Stock Car. Eric joined me, and we had a great time. A very high grin factor!

Race 1 started well, but had to be carried off after No5 decided to shove me rather hard into the fence!

When I have mastered the Video camera, I will put some more photos here, possibly even a video clip! Race 2 was better ~ Eric was 13th, I was 15th. Not bad out of 31 cars. Race 3 saw Eric finish 12th, but even though I was enjoying myself , I finished close to the back of the field.
